Context before contact

Your sales plan, carried through

A clear handoff to people

From first company to next conversation

One connected flow.
A clear reason for every step.

Good outreach starts well before the first message. Saleience carries company context forward, from the target list to the qualified lead.

  1. 01

    Start with the right companies

Bring a target list or define the companies to find. Your market, buyer roles and exclusions guide the work.

  3. 03

    Check the fit

Assess each company against your agreed criteria. Separate a strong match from missing evidence or a reason not to pursue.

Look for contacts in the buyer roles you choose. Check suitability before a company moves into outreach.

  7. 07

Hand over a lead with context

Prepare a qualified-lead file for your sales leader to review and distribute. The sales team continues the conversation in its existing tools.

    Qualified handoff

Built around the people doing the selling

More context for the rep.
More clarity for the leader.

For sales representatives

Start with the story,
not a blank page.

Receive a qualified handoff from your sales leader, with company research, a relevant contact and the conversation so far.

  • Understand why the company is a fit.
  • See what was said and how they responded.
  • Continue the relationship in the tools you already use.

No Saleience account or new dashboard for every rep.

For sales leaders

Set the direction.
Stay close to the work.

Define your market and sales plan, review the message guidance, and approve when outreach can begin.

  • Follow companies through one connected workflow.
  • Inspect the sources and exceptions that matter.

A few useful details

Clear from
the beginning.

For the sales conversation—and the people helping you assess the setup.

Who uses Saleience?

A named sales leader or program owner runs the workspace. Sales representatives receive qualified leads outside Saleience and continue their work in their existing tools.

What starts the outreach?

Your company and sales plan brings together targeting, exclusions, message guidance, follow-up and sending rules. Work begins when the owner approves and starts the plan and the email connection is ready. You can pause outreach and review exceptions.

Does it reply to prospects or replace our CRM?

No. Saleience identifies and sorts replies and stops follow-up after a response. Your people take the conversation forward. Qualified leads are prepared as a file for client-managed handoff; direct CRM integration is not included in the current product.

For IT: how is client information separated?

Each client environment has its own application runtime and database. Client sales information and private connections belong inside that environment. Support access must be authorized for that specific client. We can review hosting, access and email-connection requirements with your IT team before agreeing a setup.

For privacy teams: what should we review?

We can walk through research sources, exclusions, sending rules, reply handling, retention requirements and the AI and email services selected for your setup. Legal requirements and third-party terms need to be assessed for your particular use. We do not present the product as a blanket compliance certification.

What happens to a website enquiry?

Your contact details and message are sent to the Saleience team’s inbox so we can respond to your enquiry. This website does not save submissions in a database or browser storage, or add you to a mailing list. The email remains subject to the receiving inbox’s retention settings.

Cloudflare processes the request and checks for spam when you open the form. Short-lived rate-limit counters use keyed digests rather than your email or IP address in plain text. Hosting and email providers may retain service metadata under their own policies. Please do not include passwords, customer lists or other sensitive information. You can use this form to ask about access to or removal of your enquiry.
